Coaching
We will start with a 30 minute Goal Setting Call where we will look at the various areas of your business and identify what needs your focus. From there I will create a plan with the goals we discuss for each area so you have a clear outline of where to focus your time and energy.
Moving forward, we will commit to a 6 month plan with two 30 minute coaching sessions per month.
Consulting
During our Discovery Call we will discuss what areas of your business you need support in. From there I will provide a customized quote and timeline based on your needs.
Speaking
When I’m not with clients one on one I share my experience from the stage speaking on business and work/life balance (spoiler alert – it doesn’t exist). Speaking quotes are dependant on the topic, length and location of the talk.
